About the Apartments / Floors / Building

How many apartments are there with Silver Lotus Boutique Residences. 

There are a total of 2 apartments - The Copper Reisdence and The Pearl Grey Residence. 

On which floor are the apartments? 

The apartments are on the 2nd floor. They are right next to each other.

If I want to book both the apartments, can I book them? 

Yes, you are most welcome to book both the apartments at the same time (provided they are available). 

How old is the building? 

I am not sure how old the building is but my guess is that it is around 15 years or so. But, I  have just gotten the apartments renovated last year. They have been repainted again this year. So, everything is in order and working perfectly. 

Water Supply 

Do you always have water (cold and hot water?)? 

Yes we have 24 hours hot and cold water supply. Just remember to put the water heater on. Water heaters are provided for the kitchen as well as the bathroom. 

Internet 

Is there internet? 

Yes there is FREE wifi internet connection with every apartment. 

Safety 

I am female and I will be travelling by myself. Is it safe for me to stay there?  

Yes the apartments are very safe. There is a night watchman that comes and sits on the opposite side to our building. He looks after the security. There is also a caretaker who is available all the time. He resides on the floor above. In case of any problems, he can help you out. 

Silver Lotus Residences are owned by a single lady herself who resides there often. Till now we have had no issues related to safety at the residences.

We have a caretaker (24x7) who will
a. Clean the apartment.
b. Change bedsheets, keep fresh towels etc as per your convenience.
c. Wash the dishes.
d. Buy your groceries (you have to pay for them).
e. Give your clothes to dry-cleaners (you have to pay the bills).
f. Run around for small errands (you would have to pay for taxi).
g. Help you out if you need him to.

GENERAL
Smoking - All indoor areas are non-smoking. Our smoking guests are welcome to
smoke on the balconies. Ashtrays are provided on request. Please respect our wishes to maintain a nice-smelling home.

Due to allergies some guests might have, pets are not welcome.

TIPS
You are not required to pay any tips during your stay. All monetary transactions / discussions are to be done with the OWNER ONLY.

This famous landmark of New Delhi is also the most popular tourist attraction. It is located in Mehrauli, South Delhi and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

At 238 feet, the Qutab Minar is the tallest brick minaret of the world. This beautiful tower is seen from most parts of New Delhi. At night this tower can be spotted from a great distance because of a red light lit on its top.

Minarets and towers in ancient and medieval times were made to commemorate victories in war and that was one of the reasons why the tower is supposed to have been built. According to certain historians, the tower was started during the rein of King Prithviraj or his uncle Vigraharaja who had won Delhi from the ruling Tomar Rajputs. However Qutubuddin and Iltutmish finished the minaret in 1200 A.D.

About The Pearl Grey Boutique Residence

The Pearly Grey Boutique Residence is an elegant and spacious home with beautiful views of lush greenery and the famous Chattarpur Temples.The colour theme for this apartment include white, grey and red with splashes of silver and yellow around.

This 700 sq feet, one bedroom apartment includes a bedroom, a living room and an eat in kitchen. The bedroom comes with a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The living room has a massive 42 inch flat screen TV on one wall and an original Indian painting on the other. There is a large comfortable couch and a center table with four pull out seats in yellow and red. The kitchen is stocked with all pots and pans for cooking and three red bar stools for dining.

It has two balconies that can be accessed through the bedroom and living room. From the floor length glass windows you can view the greens of Mehrauli and glimpse the Chattarpur Temples.

This apartment sleeps two and has a mini library of books and dvds.

The Pearl Grey Residence offers the best of both the worlds. It is conveniently located in the lovely Mehrauli - Sultanpur area which is close to Gurgaon as well. You could be working in Gurgaon or any other part of Delhi and if you wish to capitalize on the charm of South Delhi's many restaurants, bars, cafes and malls, then make sure you book your stay with us.

About The Copper Boutique Residence

The Copper Boutique Residence is a welcoming and cosy home with custom designed furniture to suit its interiors. The copper, beige and cream interiors will have you feel comfortable at once. This 600 sq feet, one bedroom apartment exudes warmth all year around.

This boutique apartment includes a bedroom, a living room and an eat in kitchen. The bedroom comes with a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The living room has a custom designed L shaped couch with a large 42" flat screen TV. An original piece of contemporary artwork adorns the living room wall and the bedroom wall as well. The kitchen is stocked with all pots and pans for cooking and two bar stools for dining.

It has a small balcony with potted plants. So that you are never bored there is also a mini library of books and dvds. This apartment sleeps two.
