How many apartments are there with Silver Lotus Boutique Residences.
There are a total of 2 apartments - The Copper Reisdence and The Pearl Grey Residence.
On which floor are the apartments?
The apartments are on the 2nd floor. They are right next to each other.
If I want to book both the apartments, can I book them?
Yes, you are most welcome to book both the apartments at the same time (provided they are available).
How old is the building?
I am not sure how old the building is but my guess is that it is around 15 years or so. But, I have just gotten the apartments renovated last year. They have been repainted again this year. So, everything is in order and working perfectly.
Water Supply
Do you always have water (cold and hot water?)?
Yes we have 24 hours hot and cold water supply. Just remember to put the water heater on. Water heaters are provided for the kitchen as well as the bathroom.
Internet
Is there internet?
Yes there is FREE wifi internet connection with every apartment.
Safety
I am female and I will be travelling by myself. Is it safe for me to stay there?
Yes the apartments are very safe. There is a night watchman that comes and sits on the opposite side to our building. He looks after the security. There is also a caretaker who is available all the time. He resides on the floor above. In case of any problems, he can help you out.
Silver Lotus Residences are owned by a single lady herself who resides there often. Till now we have had no issues related to safety at the residences.
